Coaching Constellations Polska
Training in Systemic Coaching and Constellations
Coaching Constellations has been training coaches and other learning and development professionals in coaching with constellations (an external map of the clients’ internal reality) since 2009. Developed from a London, UK, base the training is now offered by members of the teaching team in Romania, France, Germany and by invitation worldwide. Building on that experience we are offering our ‘Fundamentals’ training in systemic coaching and constellations in Poland, in English and Polish, from 2020.
This will be in the same format and curriculum as in the UK, offering both our two-day introduction ‘Fundamentals Part I’ and our three-day training ‘Fundamentals Part II.’
John Whittington
John is the founder of Coaching Constellations and will be leading the 2020 trainings whilst also supporting Ewelina as she moves from Practitioner to teacher and trainer.

Systemic Coaching & Constellations
Whether you choose to integrate this perspective and methodology into your individual coaching practice or prefer to focus on group and team facilitation, you are welcome to begin your journey of discovery on our 2-day experiential training, the Fundamentals Part I. (Available online and in-person around the world).
Having learnt the essentials of the stance, principles and practices and started to apply them in your work, you may feel ready to participate in our 3-day Fundamentals Part II training. This level resources you to go deeper and extend your understanding and application in individual work, supervision, with teams, groups and whole systems. In Fundamentals Part II you will be offered a refresh of what you learnt in Part I as well as be supported as you facilitate small-group constellations. The combination enables you to apply the approach in more settings with increasing fluency.
All embodied practices take time and so for those who want to bring the stance, principles and practices into the core of their work as a coach, facilitator or consultant our Practitioner training is available. Each of these three incremental levels of experiential training is available in several key locations around the world (and internationally online). See here for locations: https://coachingconstellations.com/in…
Constellations can be used in companies large and small, organisations and public, private and family business systems to illuminate and resolve inertia, identify blocks, diagnose management and leadership issues , test new products and services and radically improve the organisational design and functionality. Built on the understandings and deep patterns found in family systems this learning journey goes deep and broad offering a level of learning that is often described as profound and yet very practical and applicable. For coaches, coaching supervisors, L&OD practitioners and anyone working in the Human Resources industry.
The Book
The book ‘Systemic Coaching and Constellations’ offers a practical introduction to the stance, principles and practices of systemic coaching and constellations. Next to clear theoretical input, it is also a rich resource of exercises and practical examples of how this methodology can be applied to individuals, groups, teams and whole organisations. Participants of the workshops and trainings – whether new to this methodology or already experienced – are invited to read the book to enhance their learning and experiment with applying it.
